Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior strategy professional with a strong background in program management and strategy development.

The ideal candidate should have sharp analytical skills, deep expertise in e-commerce/omnichannel/D2C industries, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and manage end-to-end program strategy, roadmap, and execution plans for product and technology initiatives.
  2. Work closely with engineering leads, business stakeholders, and other teams to align program goals with company strategy.
  3. Ensure programs meet scope, timeline, and quality requirements while balancing competing priorities.
  4. Assess online and offline market evolution, pure-player strategies, and competition strategies.
  5. Identify new growth hacks, initiatives, and partners to accelerate sales and traffic growth (online | offline | omnichannel).
  6. Proactively identify areas for business optimization, efficiency improvements, and scalable growth.
  7. Presentation of strategic recommendations and performance analyses to leadership and key stakeholders.
  8. Optimize sales programs, payment infrastructure, and overall customer experience to maximize performance and satisfaction.
  9. Identify and incubate new strategic partnerships and initiatives.
  10. Track progress of initiatives qualitatively and quantitatively.
