Job Summary

This role is responsible for contributing to project execution in a specific technology or domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribution to Project Execution: Contribute to the successful execution of projects within a specific technology or domain, ensuring that all relevant advancements are incorporated into our solutions.
  • Technology Evaluation: Support the evaluation of the impact of new or evolving technologies on existing systems and architecture.
  • System Design and Architecture: Participate in system design and architecture discussions to guarantee scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Technology Assessment: Assess the effectiveness of current technology resources and evaluate new systems for implementation suitability.
  • System Change Management: Analyze and manage the impact of system changes and modifications.
  • Technology Optimization: Ensure optimization, validation, and approval of technology applications for customer products.
  • Technical Alignment: Understand and align with all relevant customer technical requirements, processes, procedures, limitations, and constraints, as well as Tech Mahindra's internal technologies, capabilities, and constraints.
  • Resource Utilization: Collaborate with the project team to identify and utilize necessary technical resources to meet production and quality targets as defined by customers.
  • Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor the technical team through the project implementation phase, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Knowledge Management: Perform activities related to knowledge management, including reuse, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster teamwork and collaboration, motivate, mentor, and support the professional development of subordinates.
  • Application Support: Provide application production support in alignment with the defined RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) matrix.
