About the Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Consultant Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading advancements in technology and influencing technical direction. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Subject matter expert in payment domain GPP-SP with 10 years of experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of Global Payment plus (GPP) SP and experience on bug tracking system like Jira
  • Good knowledge of SQL queries, understanding of defect life cycle, and good communication skills
  • Knowledge of any automation tool is preferable, and expected to work on automation tool
  • Interaction with various teams, timely and quality deliveries of assigned tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant internal instructions and external regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver technical solutions
  • Identifying issues or risks highlighted in testing and addressing them in an appropriate manner

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with GPP product is MUST or similar Product
  • Strong UNIX and shell scripting experience
  • Prior experience of working on LINUX based servers
  • Basic knowledge on middleware products like WAS MQ IIB
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good experience on DevOps tools like Ansible, GITHUB, Jenkins, etc.
  • Added experience on Control-M, Connect Direct will be an advantage
  • Added experience on GPP RTP applications will be an advantage
  • Open to working in UK shift, weekends, and post office hour on-call support
  • Good communication skills and able to efficiently communicate in issue investigation calls chats
