The Risk Testing Group (RTG) is a multidisciplinary team responsible for independent oversight of all risks.

Job Description

Our team is seeking an analyst to work on challenging projects that entail performing analysis to ensure holistic risk management practices.

  • Develop an understanding of the firm s risk management framework, models, methodology, techniques, and processes.
  • Conduct independent review of key regulatory and internal initiatives and communicate results through formal reports.
  • Perform validation of the firm s qualitative models by verifying conceptual soundness, methodology, and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and present results to senior management committees.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor s degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline, and relevant professional certifications such as CFA or FRM. Strong programming skills in languages like Python are essential.
