Real Time Money Mules Operations Specialist
A challenging career opportunity has emerged for an experienced professional to join our team in the role of managing money mule risk.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in designing and deploying policies, procedures, and strategies to minimize fraud risk.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, planning, and implementation skills preferably within a Financial Crime or Fraud management environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing money mule risk by designing and deploying policies, procedures, and strategies to minimize fraud risk.
- Overseeing quality assurance, governance, and continuous improvement of processes related to detecting, preventing, and mitigating money mule risks.
- Providing support to strategic projects to meet business requirements.
- Motivating teams working in a challenging operational environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Able to adhere to internal controls and implement Group compliance policy.
- Strong organizational, planning, and implementation skills preferably within a Financial Crime or Fraud management environment.
- Able to work closely with senior stakeholders and drive teamwork towards achieving team/department goals.
- Proactive and able to demonstrate initiative and appetite for continuous improvement.
