We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

The ideal candidate will work closely with data architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure business continuity, data integrity, and performance optimization in data migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and collate analytics and reporting requirements.
  • Analyze and conduct feasibility studies of the requirements.
  • Convert functional requirements to technical solutions.
  • Create detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and functional design documents.
  • Perform functional unit testing of the solution.
  • Support business teams for completion of user acceptance testing.
  • Facilitate communication between business and IT.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance in the new environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering roles.
  • Understand Supply Chain business processes.
  • Experienced in working on analytics-related projects and implementation.
  • Good exposure to SAP ERP systems like ECC or S/4HANA.
  • Ability to identify relationships between data sets.
  • Exposure to SQL queries and ability to query data for analysis/troubleshooting.
