Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our finance team as an Account Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for performing daily accounting operations, entering financial data accurately in Tally Prime, and preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.

  • This position requires strong organizational and documentation skills, a basic understanding of accounting principles, and hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
  • The ideal candidate should have proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field is required, and any additional certification in accounting tools/software is considered an asset.

In this role, you will assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking, and ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include maintaining organized records of all financial transactions and documents, supporting the finance team during monthly closings and external/internal audits, and managing the filing and documentation of all accounting and financial records for easy retrieval.
