Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial analysis and reporting with a strong understanding of accounting and general ledger analysis.
  • Preparation of MIS reports including revenue, customer invoicing, month end closure, cash flow, customer ageing and collections, vendor ageing and payments, fixed deposits, depreciation, etc.
  • Financial statements preparation, accounting and tax processes experience.
  • Reporting to controlling entities outside India.
  • Experience in dealing with audit processes including statutory, transfer pricing and tax.
  • Good understanding of SEZ regulation and GST regulation.
  • Develop clear understanding of key business drivers, provide value add analysis and support to business leaders/finance management.
  • Ownership of expenses forecast for the business group by using trend analysis/KPI reviews for better P&L management.
  • Working knowledge of IND AS and IFRS.

Skills Required:

  • MBA or CA Intermediate/ICWAI Intermediate qualification in finance with minimum 4-5 years post-qualification experience in any industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical abilities, client handling skills.
  • Experience in partnering with business leaders.
  • Ability to partner and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Hands on experience in financials preparation, monthly books closure and review activities, MIS preparation, review, etc.
  • Good working knowledge in Tally or well versed with MS Office.
