About the Role

This position develops and oversees FIA's volunteer wing while supporting program operations. Based in Churu, with travel across districts, the coordinator creates structured volunteer experiences, ensures alignment with program teams, and amplifies impact on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage a volunteer ecosystem to complement program operations.
  • Lead volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship efforts.
  • Design meaningful opportunities for volunteers to contribute to the organization.
  • Coordinate between volunteers and program teams to ensure seamless operations.
