Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager with in-depth knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) project management to spearhead end-to-end project management for ACH clearing house initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in banking and ACH domain expertise, along with exceptional communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage ACH platform upgrade projects to ensure minimal disruption to payment processing and clearing operations.
  • Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, internal teams, and vendors to guarantee accurate and timely ACH processing in compliance with NACHA and other payment file format standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. They will also collaborate with technical teams to support integration, testing, and validation of ACH and check clearing file formats.

Additionally, the technical program manager will facilitate communication between participants, bank users, technical teams, and external vendors to align on requirements and resolve issues. They will also conduct impact assessments, prepare project documentation, and ensure adherence to governance and audit standards.
