Job Title: Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Controller to lead and manage the financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial management, including budgeting, MIS, final accounts preparation, tax compliance, and internal controls.

This role demands a high level of attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to financial management, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and legal requirements. The Finance Controller will work closely with senior management to drive operational success while ensuring effective use of technology for financial optimization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and monitor the annual budget process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports and MIS to management, analyzing performance to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the preparation of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., Ind-AS, IFRS) and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and statutory audits, ensuring the company adheres to internal controls, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Evaluate and improve financial processes using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally).
  • Leverage AI and ML technologies to enhance reporting, forecasting, and overall financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years in finance or accounting, with at least 7-8 years in a senior role.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, tax management, auditing, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Tally).
  • Knowledge of AI and ML applications in finance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
