
Business Development Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the therapy area by effectively engaging with customers, increasing product awareness, and providing timely support.
Responsibilities- Customer Focus: Develop a deep understanding of the therapy and product features, benefits, and scientific information to communicate effectively with medical doctors and handle product-related customer queries.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective implementation of sales promotion strategies and follow-up initiatives.
- Planning and Sales Management: Plan and execute fieldwork to cover all stakeholders, take follow-up initiatives on feedback and customer service requirements, and handle special product campaigns and new product launch campaigns.
- Strategic Relationships: Nurture relationships with key accounts, possess an in-depth knowledge of the company's customers, and orchestrate deals and long-term plans that align with a mutually beneficial strategy.
- Communication: Actively participate in cycle meetings, periodic sales and marketing meetings, conventions, group meetings, medical education camps, speaker programs, and training, orienting, and handholding new colleagues.
- Education: Degree in Sciences or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years of experience in Oncology Sales.
- Skills: Proven experience in articulating data-driven findings to various audience levels and translating these findings into actionable recommendations.
