Lead Generation and Outreach Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Outreach Manager to spearhead our offline marketing and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pilot Development: Design and implement region-specific pilots and initiatives tailored to target audiences and institutional requirements.
  • Oversight of Large-Scale Programs: Plan and execute large-scale outreach programs in schools and colleges to build awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Innovative Channel Identification: Identify and leverage innovative offline channels for consistent lead generation.
  • Event Management: Manage and oversee offline events such as walk-ins, workshops, seminars, and exhibitions to maximize admissions conversion.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in offline marketing and business development, preferably within educational institutions.
  • Success Metrics: Strong track record of driving offline lead generation and outreach programs, resulting in at least 1,500 admissions annually.
  • Similar Role Experience: Prior experience in managing similar roles within colleges/universities is essential.
