- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action when necessary to ensure alignment with luxury brand values and ethos.">
- Ensure every client interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism, luxury brand values, and exceptional customer service.">
- Build a culture of personalized clienteling, post-sale follow-up, and loyalty through effective team management and motivation.">
- Organize and host private client events, previews, and activations that exceed customer expectations and foster brand loyalty.">
- Maintain impeccable grooming, etiquette, and storytelling standards as a brand ambassador, ensuring a polished and luxurious image at all times.">
- Recruit, train, and mentor client advisors, assistants, and support staff to develop their skills and achieve individual and team goals.">
- Foster a motivated and luxury-driven team culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and excellence.">
- Oversee inventory management, stock movement, and safe-room protocols to ensure accurate tracking, minimal loss, and optimal availability.">
- Authorise stock in/out, sales invoices, and client documentation in accordance with luxury brand policies and procedures.">
- Coordinate audits and compliance with security and safe-room teams to maintain the highest standards of quality and integrity.">
- Ensure daily completion of bank deposits and card settlements, maintaining accurate records and adhering to luxury brand financial policies.">
- Maintain boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and ambience to luxury standards, creating an immersive and engaging experience for clients.">
Requirements:

- 6–10 years of luxury retail experience (jewellery, watches, or fashion), with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in a high-end boutique environment.">
- Proven record of leading teams and achieving sales targets, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.">
- Strong operational expertise in inventory, finance, and compliance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.">
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.">
- Polished grooming, refined etiquette, and luxury presence in client interactions, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.">
