Product Architect

We are seeking an experienced Battery Product Architect to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing the technical strategy for our battery product portfolio, from battery pack grading and re-engineering to commercialization of fully integrated BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems).

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in architecting or integrating BMS/EMS platforms, with hands-on experience in lithium-ion batteries (LFP and NMC chemistries), including cell testing, pack teardown/grading, and repowering.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners, as well as building a best-in-class internal battery engineering team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12-15 years of experience in battery R&D, repurposing/reuse, energy storage solutions, or EV battery systems
  • Strong technical expertise in lithium-ion batteries (LFP and NMC chemistries)
  • Proven track record in architecting or integrating BMS/EMS platforms
  • Excellent leadership skills to build and manage a high-performing team
