Job Summary

The Clinic Operations Manager oversees the overall performance of a healthcare clinic, driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, driving sales, ensuring compliance, and delivering a superior client experience aligned with brand standards.

This position plays a critical role in achieving business objectives and is responsible for managing clinic services, inventory, billing, and cash management processes.

  • Business Growth & Sales:
  • Drive clinic revenue and profitability targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive consultations, upselling, cross-selling, and service bundling.
  • Monitor daily/weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met.
  • Operations & Service Excellence:
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all clinic services.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality.
  • Oversee inventory management, billing, and cash management processes.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage, coach, and motivate the clinic team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, service, and sales focus.
  • Customer Experience:
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality experiences to every client.
  • Resolve escalations and maintain high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and client retention rates.
  • Implement loyalty and referral programs.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as statutory requirements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for audits and reviews.
  • Provide regular performance updates to regional leadership.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred
  • 6-10 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or retail services
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and leading teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Client-centric mindset with high ownership
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
