Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to join our team.

This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of Supply Chain systems through proactive system administration, troubleshooting, and technical support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems administration, IT support, or a related field, with proficiency in HighJump Warehouse Management System, Oracle, SQL, Service Now, Genesys, Dispatch Track, Mercury Gate, and Logility.

They will also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into user-friendly explanations.

  • Provide end-to-end support for all Supply Chain solutions, ensuring continuous system availability and performance.
  • Serve as the immediate technical contact for all locations using Supply Chain systems, handling calls and chats, and documenting interactions in ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues and outages, collaborating with vendors, developers, and application administrators to determine root cause and long-term resolution.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar supply chain solutions.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain systems and their interaction with broader business processes.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Apply standardized procedures and best practices to achieve goals, meet deadlines, and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments in partnership with IT, operations, and vendors.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements that increase efficiency and reliability.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency with HighJump Warehouse Management System, Oracle, SQL, Service Now, Genesys, Dispatch Track, Mercury Gate, and Logility.
