Job Title: Academic Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced academic administrator to join our team as a Registrar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing student records, transcripts, grading, and graduation documentation.

  • Student Record Management: Develop and implement effective systems for managing student records, including transcripts, grades, and graduation documentation.
  • Course Registration and Scheduling: Oversee course registration, class scheduling, and examination logistics to ensure seamless delivery of academic programs.
  • Academic Compliance: Ensure compliance with UGC/AICTE and other regulatory requirements to maintain the institution's academic integrity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the Registrar's Office team and administrative operations to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to facilitate smooth academic delivery and enhance the overall student experience.
  • Digital Records: Maintain and enhance student information systems and digital records to support efficient data management.
  • Audit and Inspection Support: Provide support for audits, inspections, and accreditation processes to ensure the institution meets regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 15 years' experience in academic administration and 5 years as a Registrar.
  • In-depth knowledge of UGC/AICTE/BCI/PCI/DCI/UCAR guidelines and university governance processes.
