We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in delivering exceptional customer support and driving platform stability.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about solving complex technical challenges with empathy and technical expertise.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective resolution to technical issues across our SaaS platform.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve platform stability, customer satisfaction, and feature adoption.
Key Responsibilities- Provide world-class technical support via phone, email, or chat.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and other documentation to support customer self-service.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support, SaaS, or mobility/dispatch software.
- Prior experience supporting global SaaS products (understanding of customer expectations, SLAs, and compliance).
