Dynatrace Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Dynatrace Integration Specialist to join our team. As a seasoned IT professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration of Dynatrace within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and Configuration: Utilize your expertise in setting up and configuring Dynatrace to optimize its performance and ensure accurate monitoring.
  • Synthetic Monitoring and Alarm Management: Leverage your strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
  • ServiceNow Integration: Collaborate with the application and platform teams to integrate ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools, streamlining workflows and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement: Employ your problem-solving mindset to continually identify areas for improvement and implement lasting fixes.
  • Operational Application Management: Oversee the operational aspects of application management, including troubleshooting user issues and performing root cause analysis.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Engineering, with a focus on Dynatrace integration
  • Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring, alarm management, and ITIL practices
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
