Job Title: Senior Legal Associate

As a seasoned legal professional, you will play a pivotal role in representing clients in high-stakes legal proceedings, conducting exhaustive due diligence, leading complex litigation, and crafting innovative commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and other quasi-judicial and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial transactions.
  • Lead and oversee litigation and dispute resolution proceedings.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Provide expert legal advisory on matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
  • Perform in-depth legal research and interpretation of laws.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) – Mandatory.
  • Master of Laws (LL.M) – Highly Preferred.
  • 3-5 Years (PQE).

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
