  • Schedule and manage meeting rooms, appointments, and visitor logs, demonstrating strong organizational abilities.
  • Provide administrative support to management when required, showcasing adaptability and versatility.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Divert sales leads to relevant stakeholders and maintain customer relationships, highlighting exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Assist in sending brochures to potential clients, contributing to business development efforts.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and agreements, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client and sales information, ensuring data integrity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from any recognized institution.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Presentable, excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
