About the Role

Find Mera Home is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Client Liaison Professional to join our team. As a Client Liaison Professional, your role will be to build strong relationships with potential homebuyers, pitch property details, and arrange site visits that turn interest into action.

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts through effective communication via phone calls and messages.
  • Pitch property details clearly and persuasively to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and unique selling points.
  • Arrange and confirm site visits for interested homebuyers, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to successful sale.
  • Maintain follow-up interactions to nurture leads into active clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handovers, maximizing the chances of successful sales outcomes.
  • Record and update client interactions in CRM tools, providing valuable insights for future sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse client groups.
  • Confident, clear, and persuasive speaking style, able to articulate complex property details in a compelling manner.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate preferred, but not essential for motivated and eager candidates.
  • A positive, target-driven attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and achieving sales targets.
