Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Institutional Equity Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with institutional portfolio managers and delivering high-quality investment ideas.

This position requires the ability to cultivate relationships, manage marketing efforts, and provide daily research calls and markets information communication to assigned accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating travel schedules for research teams and corporate teams to conduct road shows and investor meetings.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with institutional portfolio managers and deliver high-quality investment ideas.
  • Manage company and analyst marketing, meetings, conference calls, and industry events with clients.
  • Provide daily research calls and markets information communication to assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate travel schedules for research teams and corporate teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a capital markets background, understanding of equity markets, and research ideas.

  • At least 5+ years of experience in selling research and stock ideas to institutional investors.
  • Experience tracking Indian capital markets in either equity research or institutional equity sales.
  • MBA/CFA degree is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and pleasant personality.
