Customer Support Representative Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an international environment, specializing in Voice and Collections.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls for an international process, focusing on collections.
    • Manage both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) collection efforts.
    • Provide exceptional customer support while effectively resolving collection-related inquiries.
    • Collaborate with the team to meet collection targets and service standards.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of international experience is required, specifically in collections (B2B, B2C) and voice process.
    • Skills: Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
