Marketing and Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating marketing efforts, and overseeing various projects to ensure timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations
  • Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and services
  • Administration: Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and record-keeping
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences
  • Proven Project Management and Organizational skills: Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in Budgeting: Ability to create and manage budgets, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency
  • Knowledge of Marketing strategies and techniques: In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, including branding, advertising, and public relations
  • Ability to multitask and work independently: Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines


Bonus Requirements:
  • Wellness or Music Industry experience: Previous experience working in the wellness or music industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
