Job Opportunity

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented professional to join our property investment team. As a key member of our analysis team, you will play a critical role in evaluating property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

This is a secure, full-time remote role where you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere with stable internet.

About the Role:
  • Analyse residential and commercial property deals to identify key figures and make informed recommendations.
  • Review floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent reports, and other key documents to ensure thorough analysis.
  • Calculate key metrics, including ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, and GDV, to provide comprehensive insights.
  • Maintain and update deal analysis spreadsheet tools to ensure efficient data processing.
  • Produce written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Triple-check all work to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work.
  • Understanding of terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Meticulous approach, checking work three times to ensure accuracy.
  • Ability to handle important decisions under pressure.
  • Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement.
