Portfolio Management Associate

This role involves playing a key part in delivering detailed reports to investors, shareholders, and stakeholders who have an interest in single-family rental (SFR) properties.

You will work closely with the Portfolio Management team as leaders and collaborators throughout the lifecycle of our investment products. The team is responsible for communicating our strategy and performance to leading institutional investors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and enhancing complex portfolio investment models under the supervision of Senior Portfolio Managers.
  • Creating and maintaining financial models including cash flow projections, fund-level waterfalls, and IRR calculations.
  • Reviewing investor requests, offering alternatives and performing deep dives into operational metrics.
  • Providing guidance to team members on complex deliverables.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification in finance.
  • 4-7 years of experience in the Financial Services industry or Real Estate sector.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Tableau and SQL preferred.

This position requires strong analytical skills, effective time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. You must be proactive, motivated, driven, and possess excellent organisational and time management skills.
