**Customer Engagement Campaign Specialist Role**

We are seeking a skilled professional to implement and optimize customer engagement campaigns using the Braze platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining campaigns in Braze using Liquid templating and Canvas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop campaign workflows in Braze to deliver targeted messages to customers
  • Integrate Braze with backend systems via REST APIs, Webhooks, and SDKs to enable seamless data exchange
  • Implement event tracking, user attributes, and audience segmentation to gain insights into customer behavior
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and translate them into Braze workflows
  • Troubleshoot and optimize message delivery, personalization, and performance to ensure maximum impact
  • Maintain best practices in user privacy, compliance, and data security to protect customer information

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 2+ years hands-on experience working with Braze platform
  • Experience working with Braze SDKs (iOS, Android, or Web)
  • Familiarity with Braze Currents and data streaming to external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Segment)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
