Job Opportunity Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for monitoring loan portfolios, conducting thorough risk assessments, and developing strategies to mitigate credit risk while aligning with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Loan Portfolio Monitoring: Track overdue accounts, defaults, delinquencies, and non-performing assets (NPAs), and identify early warning signals of credit risk.
  • Risk Assessments and Strategies: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop actionable strategies to mitigate credit risk while aligning with business objectives.
  • Credit Decision-Making: Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and collections teams to strengthen credit decision-making and improve recoveries.
  • Credit Risk Frameworks: Establish and maintain credit risk frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
  • Risk Reporting: Prepare regular management information system (MIS) reports, risk reports, and portfolio reviews highlighting key risk trends and exposures.
  • Asset Quality Monitoring: Ensure effective monitoring of asset quality and recommend measures to maintain a healthy loan book.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
