Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Delivery Leader to drive the end-to-end delivery of managed services projects. As a key member of our global delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment of staffing operations with business priorities and growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project-based resourcing, utilization strategies, and cost optimization models. You will serve as the primary point of contact for practice groups, operating groups, and people & culture, engaging business leaders to identify and structure global delivery needs within managed services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the strategic lead for the managed services function, ensuring seamless coordination between global resources and onshore stakeholders.
  • Managing global delivery teams, ensuring SLA adherence and service excellence.
  • Building strong relationships with practice group/operating group leaders, leading governance meetings, and ensuring transparency through structured reporting and communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/master's degree from an accredited institution; advanced degree in business, human resources, or related field is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in staffing/resource management, workforce planning, or related operational leadership role, preferably in consulting, professional services, or global delivery environment.
  • Proven ability to lead a staffing function, including managing budgets, performance metrics, and global resource pools.
  • Strong understanding of project-based resourcing, utilization strategies, and cost optimization models.
