Job Overview:

The role of Senior Creative Designer involves delivering high-quality design projects that meet the highest standards of creativity and innovation. This position requires a highly skilled individual contributor with outstanding results on well-recognized projects. They must take a hands-on approach to managing resources, coordinating effectively with team members, and ensuring timely completion of projects according to established timelines.

  • Creative Leadership: Directly work with the product marketing team to brainstorm and produce high-quality artwork across digital and print formats.
  • Execution: Deliver creative work quickly and efficiently, consistently meeting high-quality standards under tight deadlines.
  • Concept Development: Independently plan and develop creative concepts by analyzing industry competitors and partner schools' brand guidelines.
  • Project Management: Take complete ownership of assigned projects, ensuring successful outcomes according to established criteria.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all design deliverables meet quality standards and partner school requirements.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Art preferred.
  • 5+ years of seasoned creative experience in an agency, startup setting, or as a consultant.
  • Proficient in online and print design, video tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience integrating AI into daily design work is highly desirable.
  • Excellent project management skills and proficiency in MS Office software.
