The Account Director leads a vibrant team in crafting and executing strategic communication solutions for clients. This key leadership role requires a deep understanding of integrated communications, stakeholder management, and business development.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong command of integrated communications and a proven track record in leading high-performing teams. They bring creativity, business acumen, and emotional intelligence to the table, thriving in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain client relationships at operational and leadership levels through strategic advocacy and crisis management.
  2. Translate overall strategies into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery by the team.
  3. Develop award-winning ideas to drive results and brand influence for clients.
  4. Build/improve relationship with senior journalists and influencers across the country.
  5. Oversee national media universe development and maintenance for clients.
  6. Guide team members in tracking news trends and pitching stories to secure media coverage.
  7. Drive new business opportunities through client pitches focused on social and digital strategy.
  8. Direct account managers in client retention, improvement of Client Satisfaction Score & servicing cost management.
  9. Coch Coach and mentor team members, empowering them to succeed in their careers.
  10. Promote a positive work environment by addressing and resolving team conflicts.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/PR/Journalism from a reputed institute or MBA in Marketing.
  2. 10-13 Years' experience in a PR Agency.
