Job Title: Visual Communications Leader

The role of a Visual Communications Leader involves setting the tone for visual communication and overseeing campaign communication/content plans from start to finish.

This leader collaborates with brand strategy, creative copy, and brand associate teams to develop innovative content that increases brand awareness and solidifies their consideration in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret creative briefs, understand brand objectives, and design requirements from concept to execution.
  • Apply design thinking to solve brand challenges and lead the design vision across digital, social, and design mediums.
  • Prepare concept mood boards for brand reviews, photoshoots, campaign ideas, and scripts.
  • Design cross-channel creative expressions – digital, print, motion, and design.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and design standards, and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After effects & Premiere Pro).
  • Strong breadth of style and design capability to deliver designs for brands.
  • Genuine passion for pop culture and advertising/marketing.

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in digital design and advertising is required.
