Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead our digital transformation initiatives in the healthcare sector.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT/Tech strategy engagements and be willing to travel to the Middle East for long-term assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate existing IT landscapes, identify gaps, and recommend future-state architecture and implementation.
  • Develop enterprise architecture blueprints aligned with business goals, focusing on interoperability, patient-centric systems, data exchange, and digital health.
  • Drive IT strategy formulation, target operating model design, and large-scale digital transformation roadmaps for hospitals, government health entities, and insurance providers.
  • Design and govern architecture across applications, data, technology, and infrastructure layers.
  • Ability to define and execute IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Understanding of TOGAF framework, principles, and methodologies for architecture development.
  • Experience in supporting digital transformation initiatives using Agile and DevOps.
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on healthcare technology and systems.
  • Consulting background (preferably in Big 4) with client-facing delivery experience.
  • Familiarity with EA frameworks (TOGAF etc.).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel/deploy to the Middle East (especially KSA/UAE) for long-term assignments.
  • TOGAF (or any other EA) certification (preferred).
