As a Medical Affairs General Manager, you will lead the development of our medical strategy to provide robust medico-marketing support and facilitate collaboration between our medical and marketing teams.

This role encompasses the creation of medical materials, training programs, and evaluation of new products to ensure alignment with our business goals and compliance with regulatory standards.

  • You will provide medical references and data to support product positioning and NPD, and collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities to ensure accurate messaging and compliance.
  • Your key responsibilities include material preparation, CME development, product evaluation, training sessions, clinical study participation, competitive analysis, market intelligence, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in life sciences (MBBS, MD) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in medical affairs or related fields, with a focus on marketing support and product evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, clinical development processes, and the therapeutic landscape relevant to our products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to assess data and inform strategic decisions.
