Job Title

A key role in supporting the FP&A function is crucial in delivering comprehensive and timely reporting.

  • Support in updating Budget/Projection Templates
  • Monthly P&L and Schedules
  • Budget management in SAP and other MIS/database requirements

Furthermore, support in ad hoc accounting/reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly Management reports and schedules

Providing insights and summaries to assist decision-making and planning processes

Large Data collection, data hygiene/clean-up, mapping, and presentation

Scrutinizing Actual Financial data for General Ledger (GL), Cost Centre (CC)& Fund usage

Making necessary corrections, supporting Annual Budgeting process & quarterly projections

Reporting on KPI's (including updating Budget templates)

Updating budgets in SAP, monitoring variances, and addressing queries related to budgets

Assisting with Ad hoc accounting and reporting needs of the Finance department as they arise

Fostering effective communication with Finance & other stakeholders daily

Identifying opportunities for process improvements & automation

Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports
