Administrative Professional

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless business operations. We are looking for an individual with exceptional organizational and time management skills to support senior executives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Travel Arrangements: Facilitate travel plans, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, maintain supplies, conduct housekeeping, and manage registers.
  • Bookkeeping: Manage administrative books of accounts, ensuring accurate records and compliance with company policies.
  • Guest House Maintenance: Ensure the guest house is well-maintained and secure.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate schedules and appointments of senior executives, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Event Planning: Plan and organize team events, conferences, and meetings, demonstrating attention to detail and creativity.
  • Reporting: Prepare timely and concise reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, highlighting key achievements and insights.
  • Presentation: Prepare presentations, proposals, and data sheets as assigned, showcasing strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably from the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, multitasking, prioritization, attention to detail, accuracy, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills.
