  • Maintain consistent standards of customer service across all touchpoints.
  • Foster a motivated and focused team by promoting the company's mission and values.
  • Maintain merchandise displays and visual presentation standards.
  • Ensure stores are maintained to the highest standards, including stocking and cleaning requirements.
  • Accurately and efficiently complete tasks assigned by senior management.
  • Support the store manager as needed to achieve business objectives.
