Job Title: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager at Innvonix Tech Solutions Private Limited, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a pipeline of hot prospects, leading from the front in terms of outbound efforts to generate leads, and motivating team members to follow suit. You will also maintain reports daily and monthly to help management see clarity and provide constructive feedback. Additionally, you will be expected to innovate ideas to create better processes for data building, email campaigns, and work closely with the sales head to design strategies to better the processes.

Desired Competencies:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 1+ years of IT services selling experience
- Good handle on CRM like Hubspot
- Perfect understanding of data mining, collating, and email campaigns
- An articulate and effective communicator and a leader in all aspects who will lead by example
- Quick thinker and organized
- Hands on and independent, able to work under least supervision
