Business Data Analyst Position

As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in the migration of enterprise data solutions from HANA to Snowflake. Your expertise in data analytics platforms and strong analytical skills will ensure business continuity, data integrity, and performance optimization.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand and collate analytics and reporting requirements. They will analyze and conduct feasibility studies, identify source systems, and develop technical solutions to meet these needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and BI developers, to develop and implement technical solutions.
  • Perform functional unit testing and support user acceptance testing.
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support deployment of technical solutions to production.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering roles.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, SQL queries, and BI reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
