HR and Office Administration Expert

We are seeking an experienced HR and Office Administration professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the full recruitment cycle, developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices, maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave management, driving employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives, acting as the point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling, overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency, managing office supplies, purchase of stationery, and procurement of other office items, coordinating and managing vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases, supervising office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management, processing payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances, preparing administrative and HR reports to support management in decision-making, and supporting management in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for HR and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling, ensuring fair treatment and resolution of issues.
  • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency, including managing office supplies, purchasing stationery, and procuring other office items.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases to ensure seamless operations.
  • Facilities Management: Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances, to ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare administrative and HR reports to support management in decision-making, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of proven experience in HR and office administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, and recruitment portals.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
