Job Title: HCM Cloud Consultant - Compensation and Performance Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned HCM Cloud consultant to support our compensation and performance modules. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuration, development, and implementation of Fast Formulas, data loaders, and OTBI/BIP reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop, and Maintain Fast Formulas for validation, calculations, and retro-processing.
  • Develop and Utilize Data Loaders for efficient data uploads and management.
  • Create and Modify Reports using OTBI and BIP.
  • Provide Functional Design Support for the Workforce Compensation module.
  • Implement Grade-Step Progression Ladders and manage base compensation structures.
  • Support Goal and Performance Management Module.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience as a Techno-Functional consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Demonstrable Expertise in writing Fast Formulas.
  • Strong Experience with data loaders: HDL and Spreadsheet Loader.
  • Experience in developing OTBI analyses, BIP reports, and RTF templates.
  • Familiarity with Compensation and Performance Modules.
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
