Management Role


A dynamic and skilled Food and Beverage Manager is required to lead the successful operation of our department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage sector, including menu planning, inventory management, customer service, team leadership, and financial analysis.


Main Responsibilities


  • Create menus that cater to customer needs and drive business growth through innovative ideas
  • Purchase high-quality products and continuously improve operations to ensure exceptional service
  • Lead the F&B team by recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel to achieve outstanding results
  • Establish performance targets, schedules, policies, and procedures to optimize departmental efficiency
  • Foster an environment of motivation and teamwork with a focus on effective communication
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
  • Present sales results and productivity reports to management

Requirements


  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and finances effectively
