**Job Title:** Training Manager
Training Manager Role Description:This role oversees the end-to-end training of Beauty Advisors, field sales, and retail partners to enhance sell-through, service standards, and launch readiness.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive curriculum and standard operating procedures for product science, shade matching, regimen building, hygiene, visual merchandising basics, and claims guardrails.
  • Design and create multi-format content, including decks, playbooks, 2-minute WhatsApp videos, role-plays, and quizzes in Hindi and English.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions, field coaching, and roadshows, as well as monthly masterclasses.
  • Partner with the New Product Development/R&D teams to translate ingredient information and benefits into accurate demos and ensure compliant claims.
  • Set up learning management systems (LMS) and track training progress, publish training calendars, and report impact using dashboards.
  • Store audit reports and side-by-side comparisons, fix basic issues such as grooming, demo rituals, and replenishment cues.
  • Oversee regional trainer hiring and management, onboard channel trainers, and manage external academies or vendors.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in beauty or personal care retail training, with a background in leading pan-India train-the-trainer programs.
  • Strong knowledge of makeup and skincare, with the ability to explain ingredient information and shade science in simple terms.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Hindi and English, with confident facilitation and on-camera presentation skills.
  • Data-driven approach, with advanced Excel and LMS familiarity.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and launches, with high travel comfort.
  • Plus: prior experience in MT/EBO roles, cosmetology certification, and basic visual merchandising knowledge.
