Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with employers in key industries, including beauty, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and allied sectors.
  • Organize effective campus placement drives, job fairs, and employer engagement sessions to connect students with potential employers.
  • Collaborate with Centre Heads and trainers to ensure student skills align with market demands, promoting employability and career growth.
  • Provide guidance on resume preparation, interview readiness, and workplace etiquette to prepare students for the workforce.
  • Maintain comprehensive employer databases, track placement outcomes, and publish regular management information reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Explore innovative cross-sector placement opportunities to maximize student employability and retention rates.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to enhance employer satisfaction and retention, ensuring a high-quality experience for both students and employers.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate or MBA with 4–8 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or HR, preferably in South India.
  • Strong professional network within South India's industries.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to foster strong partnerships.
  • Results-driven individual with a proven ability to meet placement commitments and exceed expectations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / MIS reporting tools to support data-driven decision making.
