Automation Engineer

As a key member of our Operations Data and AI team, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting Intelligent Automation Solutions using UiPath, OpenAI, PowerApps, or related AI/Automation Tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and test solutions in support of business needs across our Automation, AI, and Custom Apps portfolio
  • Deliver architecture, designs, and implementations
  • Participate in all aspects of our agile development process, from sprint planning to daily scrum meetings and sprint demos
  • Create and execute unit tests to verify functionality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects
  • Contribute to software design reviews and code reviews
  • Provide application best practice guidance to end users
  • Manage Application Functionality Updates, Integrations, Configurations, Releases, and Security Settings
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with strong technical and functional experience in hands-on application support, administration, configurations, integration, enhancements, and project work
  • Experience using commercially available solutions like UiPath and Microsoft Power Apps
  • Strong technical experience in hands-on application administration and configuration of both on-premises and cloud-delivered services
