Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning
  • Develop comprehensive plans accounting for resource needs, stakeholder availability, infrastructure, and project complexity
  • Conduct kick-off meetings to align on scope, timelines, roles, and responsibilities
  • Establish governance structures and define success criteria
Project Execution & Monitoring
  • Facilitate daily meetings to ensure alignment and task progress
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, addressing team challenges
  • Maintain technical governance throughout the execution phase
Project Reporting
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders at agreed intervals
  • Celebrate and communicate project successes
