Job Title: Financial Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Month End Closing process and Reconciliations
  • Post and document all financial transactions
  • Track and finalize Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Prepare and review Profit & Loss statements
  • Audit Support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualifications: B Com or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in General Accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in Captive Outsourcing RTR Ops
  • MS Excel knowledge including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros
  • IT skills including ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle Workday Financial
  • Stakeholder Management experience
  • Quality and Lean Process Improvement knowledge
