About this Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities for growth and revenue expansion, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of our Digital Media solutions and lead conversations with customers that drive value and growth.
• Create and maintain strong, value-based relationships with new and existing North American customers.
• Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives by prioritizing accounts with high potential for growth and engaging with them through phone and email communications.
• Execute Marketing Qualified Leads within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maximize revenue generation.
• Research customer contracts and purchasing history in various customer management systems and external sources to identify expansion opportunities in accounts.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline from week to week, providing accurate and timely updates to management on progress and outlook.
• Collaborate with Solution Specialists to maximize the footprint of growing Adobe Solution streams like Adobe Sign, Substance, Stock, etc.
• Engage as required with supporting functional teams to resolve issues raised by customers related to their Creative Cloud subscriptions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in selling SAAS solutions, preferably in the SMB segment.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Flair for technology and ability to lead customer conversations with value-selling rather than product features pitches.
• Demonstrated ability to be a quick learner, task-oriented with focus and drive to complete tasks at hand.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and documentation skills suitable for customer communication.
• International sales experience with exposure to NA markets, preferably.
• Working hours will coincide with US Time Zones.
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
